Our premium aluminium canopies are built for durability and style to suit the toughest Australian conditions. XTS ute canopies are constructed with 2.5mm, marine grade 5052 aluminium plate and feature reinforced bracing, flush floor with uni-strut channels and optional central locking. All canopies come powder coated in either black or white and have bevelled bottom edges to fit 1770 or 1840 wide trays.

Discover the Standout Features of XTS CANOPIES:

Flush floor with uni-strut channels

Eliminates the need to build a floor raiser, making it extremely versatile. It also comes with uni-strut channels built into the floor to allow for easy installation of internal accessories.

Internal Bracing

All canopies feature a sub-structure made from 50mm x 40mm uni-strut profile that reinforces the canopy walls, roof and floor. We also provide a pack of sliding nuts that fit inside the channels.

Stainless Steel Piano Hinges

Strong and durable hinges that are protected by rubber on top to create a barrier to water.

Whale Tail Locks

Quality locking mechanism that can be operated with a key and/or a central locking option wired to your vehicle.

Door Lock Protection

Backing plates on the inside of the canopy doors prevent items jamming the locks whilst providing extra strength and a convenient handle.

Water Diversion Channels

Our canopies have a raised edge around the door opening that diverts water away, so you can access the canopy whilst it's raining without getting wet.

Can I install the tray and canopy myself or hire someone to do it for me?

Yes absolutely, but it's important to note that whoever does the fitment would need to carry the installation warranty.

What are your trays made from?

Our trays are designed to be extremely strong without being too heavy. We use a combination of 2.5mm aluminium plate with a steel sub-structure that mounts onto your vehicle.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a full 24 month customer warranty on all products.

What are the colour options for your trays?

You can choose between matt black, gloss black, matt white, gloss white or raw aluminium

When do I pay for my XTS order?

25% deposit when placing the order. A 35% progress payment when order has been produced. The final 40% is due upon pick-up.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, we have a finance broker that we work with and can assist with your application.

Will your trays fit my vehicle model.

We have a range of tray sizes and a universal chassis mount system that is designed to fit most dual & single cab utes, American trucks and 79 series Landcruisers. For more information, check out our Model Suitability guide.

How long does tray & canopy installation take?

In most cases we ask to have your vehicle for two days to allow sufficient time for installation and sensor relocation. Depending on the build, it may be completed sooner.

Do you provide a sensor relocation service?

Yes. We supply relocations kits specific to your vehicle’s make and model.

Do you offer custom colours?

Yes, we offer a UV stabilized vinyl wrap option on canopy doors and under-tray side drawers
